Ordering/Purchasing Process
We make it simple to get the transformer you need. Here are the steps:
- Select and Specify: Your engineers select the desired transformer and specify the ratings.
- Send Information: Send us the information.
- Receive Quote: Within a few days, we will provide you with a quote.
- Approve and Order: If you are satisfied with our pricing and lead times, send us a purchase order.
- Manufacturing Begins: Upon receiving your purchase order, our manufacturing team will begin assembling the transformer.
- Progress Update: Approximately 6-8 weeks later, we will send you an update with photos and videos of the assembled unit.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: After the transformer is assembled, it undergoes rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) adhering to NETA standards.
- Delivery: Following FAT testing, the transformer is packaged and shipped to your desired destination.
